Do you have an eating disorder?
I am not diagnosed with bulimia, anorexia, or any other eating disorder. I have found that I may be a dysfunctional eater though. Simply defined, dysfunctional eating describes an individual who approaches, with chaos, meals and preparation for eating. Dysfunctional eating involves a combination of eating irregularities including binge eating, fasting, dieting, and even starvation.
Is this blog pro ana/mia?
No. This blog is ‘thinspiration’. To me, thinspiration is photos of thin & fit people, before and after weightloss photos, workouts, tips and tricks for weight loss, and motivational quotes. They help motivate me a lot and I share them in hopes of inspiring others.
Are any of the photos you or people you know personally?
Mostly no. If I post a photo of myself or someone I know I will say.
How tall are you and how old are you?
I’m 5 feet 4 inches and I’m 22 years old
How long did it take you to lose weight?
I started losing weight at 157 pounds in June of 2010. By June of 2011 I had lost 46 pounds and weighed 111 pounds. Unfortunately I hit a really rough patch in my life for awhile and I lost all motivation. I stopped working out and stopped caring about how I was eating. I jumped back up to 136 pounds. Things are much better now and I’m motivated and losing weight again! My current weight is listed on the main page of my blog.
